Last week, from 9-13 of May, was held first short term joint staff training event in Ljubljana. The event under the organization of Slovenian Institute for Adult Education (SIAE) took place in their center in Ljubljana. All together were involved 21 participants -employees of projects partner organisation from Austria, Croatia and Slovenia. Participants, as future trainers, will later implement the innovative programme for VET and LLL. Participants had opportunity to learn how to recognize the need of the target groups and how to motivate VET and LLL learners to engage themselves in training framed within local communities.
